Refund Policy
At Buhle Input Store, we supply agricultural inputs such as seed, fertilizer, and related farm products. Because of the nature of these goods, our return policy is strict to ensure product safety and quality.
Sale Items
Sale items may be returned for store credit or exchange only. Cash refunds are not available on sale items. Items must be returned in their original condition, unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed where applicable, provided the product is unopened, unused, and in resalable condition. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Certain agricultural inputs (including seed, fertilizer, chemicals, and other regulated or perishable products) may not be eligible for exchange due to safety and compliance requirements.
Wrong or Defective Items
If you receive the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Refund Processing Time
Once a refund has been approved and processed, it will take approximately 7–10 working days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Important Notes
- Returns must be requested within a reasonable period after delivery (recommended: 7–14 days).
- Products must be unopened and unused to qualify for return or exchange.
- Certain agricultural products (including chemicals, seed, and perishable inputs) may not be returnable once delivered.
- Buhle Input Store reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
